If you simply change your mind and want to return the products, we are more than happy to support you all the ways.

Please refer to our below policies for returns and exchanges:

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you have a change of mind, you will need to notify us within 14 calendar days (from the day you receive your package) at sales@lilacandberries.com and we will examine the situation and let you know within 2 working days. Please state your order number in the subject line. Please note, only products approved by Lilac and Berries for returns will be eligible for returns and refunds.

After we approve your returned products, you have 14 days (since the day Return Merchandize Authorization is issued) to post back the products to us and please note we do NOT OFFER A FREE RETURNS POLICY. You will need to pay for the postage to return the product(s) back to us. We will only dispatch replacement products once the products have been received by us, and its condition verified.

Items must be returned in its original condition and packaging and should not have been opened. You will also need to ensure that the product has not been compromised in any way, including though not limited to, placed in areas of extreme temperatures, such as left in a hot car.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you notice any irregularities or damage to the product(s), please notify us with 14 calendar days of receiving your order. We will happily exchange it for another. We will require you to email us sales@lilacandberries.com, quoting your order number in the subject line and we will examine your case. Please note, only products approved by Lilac and Berries for returns will be eligible for returns and exchanges.

We will not dispatch replacement product(s) until the original product(s) have been received by us. Exchanges will not be allowed or processed for product(s) received after 14 calendar days from the date the Return Merchandize Authorization is issued.
